The River's Epoch games offer Discord members 500 chips at the beginning of every epoch, which can be used to play blackjack or roulette. These chips have no monetary value and are intended solely for gaming purposes within The River's Discord community.

The community is able to play games directly in the River's discord such as Blackjack and Roulette with bots created in-house . At the end of every epoch, the top player on the leaderboard are eligible to mint an Alpha Toad. To ensure fairness, all players' balances are reset to 500 chips at the beginning of every epoch, giving new and existing players an equal chance to test their luck.

To ensure a fair distribution of Alpha Toads, the winner of the Epoch Games receive a 1x epoch cooldown from winning an Alpha Toad. This means that a user cannot win two Epoch Games in a row. If a user wins again anytime after their first 1x epoch cooldown, they will receive a 2x epoch cooldown, and so on. The leaderboard is updated in real-time on cardanoriver.io and resets at the beginning of every epoch, allowing the community to stay up to date on the current standings and compete for the top spots.

The Epoch Games and bot on Discord offer a fun and engaging gaming experience for the community, while also providing a fair opportunity to win an Alpha Toad. The Epoch games is a new avenue for whitelist opportunities which prioritizes engagement and adds a play to win and gambling spin to acquire WLs, with no cost to the user.
