The Toads by The River NFT mint will consist of 6000 unique tokens, which will be minted in two separate batches of 3000 NFTs.

## Toads by The River - 1st Mint.

The initial mint will establish the company by obtaining gambling licenses, registering the company, establishing full legal and financial assistance, and funding 6 months of full-time development for the casino.\

**The allocation breakdown:**

* 40% of mint goes towards the casino startup in Curaçao. This includes financial aid, legal aid, company startup, gambling licenses and registrations.&#x20;
* 35% of mint is set aside for project expenses for the next 6 months. This includes salaries for the team and mods, domains, bots, servers and any overhead expenses.&#x20;
* 25% of mint goes directly into the casino vault.&#x20;

## Toads by The River - 2nd Mint.

The final phase will primarily allocate funds to the casino bank and continue to cover the development expenses until the casino becomes self-sustainable in all aspects.

* 75% of mint goes directly into the casino vault.&#x20;
* 25% of mint is allocated for project expenses.&#x20;

## Toads by The River - Royalties.

* 50% of royalties goes to the casino vault.&#x20;
* 40% of royalties goes to project cost and development.&#x20;
* 10% of royalties goes to the project's buffer wallet.

## Alpha Toad - Royalties.

* 50% of royalties goes to the casino vault.&#x20;
* 40% of royalties goes to project cost and development.&#x20;
