# The Mints

**The Toads by The River collection will consist of 6000 unique tokens, which will be minted in two separate batches of 3000 NFTs.** 

**First Mint Date:** 8PM UTC on April 30th.

Pricing for the first 3000 mint will be based on the $ valuation of $ADA at the time of mint:

* Sage: $45 worth of $ADA per NFT. 
* Alpha Toads: $55 worth of $ADA per NFT.
* Public: $65 worth of $ADA per NFT.

Toads by The River will offer a range of benefits for the players and holders. By owning one of the NFTs, players can enjoy exclusive on-chain assets that they can trade, collect, and use while playing games in the casino. This offers a unique level of personalization and engagement that sets The River's platform apart from others in the industry. 

At the same time, The River Casino will leverage NFTs to incentivize and reward players for their loyalty and engagement. As an incentive for early minters, we will be providing exclusive rewards to those who participate in the mint and hold on to their NFTs.

Furthermore, all NFT holders will have priority for the next NFT drop, more information will be provided closer to the second drop.&#x20;

The first NFT mint is an exciting milestone for The River casino that will be The River's catalyst in development and registration, and we hope that our users will embrace this new technology as enthusiastically as we have. The River believes that NFTs offer a unique way to enhance the casino experience for our players, and we look forward to seeing how our community interacts with these assets to elevate their experience.
